"Sunset Grill" is from Don Henley’s 1984 album Building The Perfect Beast. It was released in August 1985 as the fourth single from the album. It reached #7 on the Top Rock Tracks chart, #22 on the Hot 100, and #3 on the Canadian Adult Contemporary chart. It refers to the restaurant of the same name at 7439 Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles.

I’m not a fan of the Eagles… but I like Dons solo albums a lot. I’ve always liked this song.

I like the changes in it. They give the song more complex harmony.

So do I. I’m generally not fond of the Eagles or their component members, but this is pretty good.
