Anyone else have the problem of trying to figure out exactly what you’re ordering at a restaurant?
One-Liner Wednesday is brought to you each week by Linda Hill and this station. Now a word about Good Old Fashioned Thrift Days at your S&H Green Stamp store. It’s America’s most valuable stamp!
It was the next commercial on the reel. Honest.
Lol! Good one 😂

LOL. If it looks like that I’ll just point and say, “I’ll have this.”

Same here, and the waitperson usually rattles the name off, like I can’t read or something.

I know what you mean about menu items. Some make no sense and don’t correctly describe the entree.

Right. If it’s macaroni & cheese, call it macaroni & cheese…

Oh wow that commercial was fun to see. Yeah, I hate these new menus where I always have to ask the waitress what this or that means. I just wish they would make it simple

Green Stamps were so big they had their own commercials and even sponsored The Andy Williams Show.
The ones that get me are the menus that leave out important details of what you’re getting. For example, they leave out the part about your burger coming covered in Thousand Island dressing…
