Chieli Minucci is the guitarist and mastermind behind smooth jazz group Special EFX, who have produced 23 albums since 1983. In addition, Chieli has produced 9 solo albums, has recorded a dozen albums of production music for Sound Ideas/Westar Music Library, DeWolfe Music, Killer Tracks and FrstCom, has produced and/or been a guest artist on a lot of other artists’ music. “Mr. Marzipan” is from Special EFX’s latest album, 2020’s Special EFX All-Stars.
