I know I’ve been on a ’70’s Soul kick lately, but this is some fantastic music made by some very talented performers. This was a family group consisting of brothers Carter and Eddie and sisters Rose and, in 1972, Billie Jo Cornelius. This was released in 1972 and reached #2 on the Hot 100, #5 on the Soul/R&B chart, and #6 on the Adult Contemporary chart.

I really like them…we tried “Treat Her Like A Lady” before…it turned out really well…I like this one as well.

Ha! I almost mistook this for your Monday Music Moves Me post – I was going to say you found that same rabbit hole that I did. Oh my! I started scheduling posts with that darned hole, and well… let’s just say that I won’t have to worry about Free Choice posts until NEXT YEAR!. Great song, And nothing wrong with being stuck in the 70’s. It’s my happy place 🙂
