  1. I have happy memories of this song. I remember my two elder boys went off to scout camp and they and their friend rewrote the lyrics and sang and acted out their version. I only remember one line and that has stuck in head for over thirty odd years. The lines were, “There’s a room where we dry our clothes in, see the socks come tumbling down” Everybody’s got to go to camp. ” Funny what sticks 💜💜💜

  2. I’m not an eighties fan but I like this one a lot…my teenage years were in the 80s and I couldn’t get over the production then…this one is a great one .

    1. I actually liked a lot of the music that came out of the ’80’s and the first part of the ’90’s, mostly because that was what was on the radio in a lot of the places I’d travel to, places like Akron, Ohio, Butler, Pennsylvania, Jasper, Indiana, and Lincoln, Nebraska. where there was pretty much one music station and that’s what they were playing.

      1. I liked the early 80s…before MTV and the heavy production crept in. I know what you mean though. I know a lot of eighties because of where I worked in the late eighties and was stuck to one station unless I could change it.
