Time for the Weekly Song Challenge! Mary B has the rules and prompts over at her place. I’d like to welcome Birgit, who’s doing the challenge for the first time today.
An acoustic song: Tommy Emmanuel and Frank Vignola, "Swing 42," an old Django Reinhardt tune.
A song from a movie: Theme song from the 1963 movie Charade, starring Cary Grant, Audrey Hepburn, and Walter Matthau. Music by Henry Mancini, lyrics by Johnny Mercer. It doesn’t get much better.
A song about cheating: The Free Movement, "I’ve Found Someone Of My Own"
Your turn!
Love the first one very much. Love that song and the movie which has many twists and turns. I wasn’t sure I knew the last song but when it came to the refrain, I knew it. He has such a melodious voice.

I don’t think I’ve ever had the chance to see the movie, but I know it’s a classic.

Great songs. Did not know the first one, but very familiar with the last two. Good job, John.
