Country singer Ferlin Husky was born on this day in 1925. He had two dozen Top 20 hits on the Country music charts between 1953 and 1975 in the genres of traditional honky-tonk, ballads, spoken recitations, and rockabilly pop tunes. "On The Wings Of A Dove" reached #1 on the Country chart in 1960.
This is a nice tune and it has some country to it but it makes me think of folk music which I love,

happy birthday to husky and cool song – the rockabilly vibe was fun – but the message of strength from above was also very powerful – thanks John
