The 44th Anniversary Week That Was

This new format for the weekly summary went over really well last week, although there were some that wanted to be sure that I continued my weekly comments here. So I’ll keep that around for sure.

You’ll notice a couple of changes: one, the nifty graphic for "The Week In Review," and two, I’ve included the categories for each blog entry in parentheses after the entry name. Haven’t gotten to graphics for the days of the week, but never fear, they’ll be next.

Mary and I celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary on Friday. She usually tells me it’s the yarn anniversary, but she hasn’t been knitting, so maybe it’s the canning jars anniversary or the Instant Pot anniversary. I’m just happy we’re still together. I love her like crazy.

We have eight days left in both Bloganuary and Just Jot It January, and we’ve started making preparations for the A to Z Challenge, which of course happens in April. Stay tuned for further developments.

This past Thursday, I actually got out of the house for the first time this year and probably the first time since my last dentist’s appointment last September. Understand, I’m not hiding in the house from Covid-19 (I’m far less worried about that than I am the government reponse to it), it’s just more of a pain in the ass to get me out than it’s worth.
