From the home office in Columbus, Nebraska, tonight’s topic: What is on your music playlist right now?
There could be just about anything on my playlist at any given time, but right now, I’m listening to Starbuck, which was an Atlanta-based yacht rock group who had their one and only Top 10 hit, "Moonlight Feels Right," in 1976. It was the title song for their 1976 debut album.
- I Got To Know
- Drop A Little Rock
- Lash LaRue
- The Slower You Go (The Longer It Lasts)
- Moonlight Feels Right
- I’m Crazy
- So The Night Goes
- Working My Heart To The Bone
- Lucky Man
- Bordello Bordeaux
I do a lot of music playlists here on The Sound of One Hand Typing, specifically on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. I also do a daily "Song of the Day" which usually celebrates an artist’s birthday, except on Sunday, when it becomes part of Song Lyric Sunday. Eventually, Mary B’s Weekly Song Challenge will start up again, where she assigns us three types of songs (e.g "song with a woman’s name in the title," "a song with the color blue in the title." etc.) and we find songs to go along with it. So, if you like music, stop on by! Even if you don’t, stop on by, anyway!
