Gee, and things were going so well…
I pitted The Dave Matthews Band against The Band in my last battle, "The Long Black Veil." I had a feeling The Band would probably win it, but I thought it would be closer than it ended up: a 9-0 shutout by The Band.
Well, there’s always next week: Our next scheduled BotB will be March 1, 2022, and I promise it won’t be a runaway like this one…

Yikes! How did I miss this! Well, I miss a lot of things. My vote wouldn’t have helped any though. Music from Big Pink is one of my favorite albums so I would have gone with The Band which would have given you a bigger shutout.
Hopefully I won’t miss your next Battle. I usually don’t.
