
Singer-songwriter and guitarist Ernie Isley celbrates his 70th birthday today. He joined his brothers in the late ’60’s and early ’70’s, and his Hendrix-like guitar playing changed their sound from R&B to more rock. He was first prominent on the band’s 1973 single "Who’s That Lady," which he cowrote. Here is his solo performance of that song at the 2009 Farm Aid concert.
