This edition of The Week That Was is brought to you by Ban roll-on deodorant. It’s good for what ails you!
You do recognize Billy DeWolfe, don’t you?

Tomorrow is, believe it or not, August 1st. Where does the time go? That’s a rhetorical question, by the way. If you’d like to try and answer, feel free.
I’ve been really tired at night lately, then when I go to bed I don’t go to sleep for a while. Why is that? I don’t drink caffeinated coffee or drinks, so that’s not it.
We have a Battle of the Bands tomorrow that should be a good one, so be sure and look for that.
Not a whole lot else to talk about here, so let’s move on to

And that wraps up this edition of The Week That Was.

Sometimes I can’t go to sleep either. Silly me worries too much about stuff I can’t control. I take a low-dose aspirin before I go to bed which works most of the time. Of course, listening to music helps too.

I usually fall asleep to white noise. Lately it’s been a track called “city streets.” Maybe a change will do me good.

Hey / fun to see that old commercial
Also / maybe think about magnesium levels – or some amino acid blends – can help sleep!
And one thing that always gives me wind down is three fish oil caps and two magnesium caps (with calcium d3 and zinc)

I was taking magnesium for a while, and it gave me the runs. Maybe I could try a lower dose, or maybe melatonin….

Hi
Well not all magnesium is the same (and not to bore you with this – but dude – I have learned so much about it)
And one thing is that many mags can loosen stool and that is no fun (even tho at times when we take vitamin C powder – you take high doses for healing and when you reach a loose stool you cut way back – something like that – but consider getting a little vitamin C powder too – we like the Thompson’s brand and it is about 10$ and lasts forever – and a little in a glass of water can do wonders for immune health and cancer prevention- even if you never take high doses – or a little under the tongue goes right to the lymph flow
Anyhow – the magnesium chloride flakes are Theon’s my hubs takes every day and I take every other day –
He mixes his with some of the vitamin c
And they have a magnesium chloride spray that some folks have found really useful
I like “life-flo” brand!
But definitely consider getting a cal-mag blend with zinc and d3
(So many options)
And it never did much for me – by the award winning “CALM” can do wonders for some people –
I gifted a bottle to a charge nurse at the retirement place because she had the Shakes in her hands and guess what?
One week of taking CALM and her shakes were down by 50%
Anyhow – sorry to ramble

No problem. We used to take cal-mag with zinc and D3 and it worked really well. Maybe we need to revisit that.
