It’s a saying of urdu/ Punjabi language! We often use it while discussing the merits of our politicians

I first saw it in French, and the article that I read had it in Latin. Urdu would be “اندھوں کے ملک میں ایک آنکھ والا بادشاہ ہے۔,” if Google Translate can be tested.
It would be really nice if our politicians (and I think this goes for 99% of the world) were as interested in serving the people as they were in being (re)elected, but that’s just me…
