We’ve battened down the hatches and are prepared for Hurricane Ian to do whatever it’s going to do to us, and so far, that’s nothing. In fact, it’s been generallyvery nice here. So much for Armageddon.

It’s been really quiet here at The Sound Of One Hand Typing. We do have a Battle of the Bands running that started on Saturday, about whether Keely Smith or Dionne Warwick does a better job of the Bacharach-David song “One Less Bell To Answer.” Voting ends October 8 (this coming Saturday.

  1. I fell in responding last week. I went through a Colonoscopy and then so busy at work. It’s been crazy. I love Julie London, I read most of your posts, believe it or not but I am just going to start with your BOTB. have a great rest of the Sunday
