- Book: Max und Moritz, by Wilhelm Busch. The story of two naughty boys running around and getting into all kinds of mischief.
- Author: Harlan Coben
- Movie: A Hard Day’s Night
- Television show: Hogan’s Heroes
- Movie or TV actor (male & female): William Conrad (male) and Barbara Stanwyck (female)
- Stage play or musical: E/R. This was a play that had nothing to do with the TV show of the same name: It was a comedic look at the goings-on in the emergency room at an urban hospital. I laughed so hard at one point they had to stop the show…
- Live concert: Acoustic Alchemy and Lee Ritenour at the Buckhead Roxy in Atlanta, Summer 1992. Lee was promoting his album Wes Bound, Acoustic Alchemy was a year away from releasing The New Edge.

The scene that got me laughing so hard was two winos being brought in after the police had broken up a fight between them, and the fight almost restarting in the ER. It was practically identical to something that happened when i had to take one of my 3rd shift crew to the hospital back in my factory days. I couldn’t laugh then…
