Happy 80th birthday to Bob Gaudio, keyboardist and backup singer with The Four Seasons, as well as their main songwriter and producer. Now retired from performing, he and Frankie Valli still own the Four Seasons brand. “Who Loves You” was written by Bob and his wife, record producer Judy Parker. It was the title track of their 1975 album, and reached #3 on the Hot 100 in November of that year.

Amazing that the partnership that he and Frankie Valli had was based entirely on a handshake. Wish there was more of that faith in the world now.
