Jazz pianist and singer Diane Schuur is 69 years young today. Blind since birth, she has absolute pitch memory and a clear vocal line. Her music encompasses gospel, Latin, pop, and country in addition to jazz. She won Grammys in 1986 and 1987 for Best Jazz vocal performance – Female. "Louisiana Sunday Afternoon" is one of her signature songs. It’s from her 1988 album Talkin’ ‘Bout You.
