
KWKH-FM in Shreveport, Louisiana was sister station to KWKH-AM, which had broadcast country music, including the Louisiana Hayride. It became KRUF in August of 1996 and broadcasts a Top 40/Contemporary Hits Radio format as K945. Here’s their Top Ten from May 12, 1968.

I’m always surprised at what is #1 be abuse, to me, it’s not as great as the Beatles tune or many others on this list. I enjoyed listening to all of these.
