French-Armenian singer Charles Aznavour was born on this day in 1924. He received over 60 Gold and Platinum records worldwide and sold over 160 million records. "She" was #1 on the UK singles chart for four weeks in 1974.

Wonderful choice today John. I loved this when it came out and thought my fiance had put it on the juke box non stop just for me………. he’d thought it was KC and the Sunshine Band’s (She’s) The Queen of Clubs . The ‘pop’ of my romantic balloon must have been heard in the next county. The relationship didn’t last.
